Small tender pea grains (Sweet Peas) are selected at optimal ripening stage where they are sweet-tasting and tender-textured, and fresh carrots are cut into uniform cubes of 8-10mm size to ensure cooking consistency. Each type is processed separately using IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology then mixed in a balanced ratio (60% peas and 40% carrots) to achieve the best flavor and appearance.

Production Process: After precise harvesting at optimal time, peas and carrots are thoroughly washed, then undergo quick blanching in hot water for a few minutes. This vital step stops the action of natural enzymes that may affect color and flavor, and preserves nutritional value and optimal texture. Afterwards, rapid cooling and instant freezing occur at -40°C, then storage at -18°C.
